Linking overview
Links (hyperlinks) let you setup clickable text and images.

Types of links
There are 4 basic types of links that you can add to your web pages.

Link to other web sites
These are links that when clicked take the visitor to another web site.

Link to pages on your site
Links to pages on your site take the visitor to another page on your site.

Link to an email address
When an email link is clicked the default email program on the visitors computer is opened for sending a new email with the "TO" address pre-filled with your linked email address.

Link to documents/files
You can setup links to documents or files so that when they are clicked the visitor will be prompted if they would like to download the file to their computer.

Setting up links with the text editor

  1. Edit a text section on your web site.
  2. Highlight the text that you want clickable for the link.
  3. Click the "link (+)" button in the tool bar to display the link setup window.
  4. Select the type of link that you want to add.
  5. Enter the link address. (where you want it to go when the link is clicked)
  6. Click "Insert" or "Update" to save your changes.

Using link components
Another way to setup links on your site is to use the built in link components.

Add a link component

  1. Edit the page that you want to add the link(s) to.
  2. Click the "add" button.
  3. Select the "link" category.
  4. Choose one of the available link components.
Editing the link
  1. Enter a title for the link.
  2. Select the link type.
  3. Enter a destination for the link, select the page, enter the email address, or choose the file to setup the link.
  4. Select if you want to have the link open in a new window.
  5. Click "OK" to save your changes.

Paragraph links
Use paragraph links to setup a paragraph that has a clickable title with text beneath it.

Link list
Use the link list to display a bullet list of links. You can choose your text size, bullet style, and enter an optional description for each link.
